Sherbet Champagne Cocktail

This might be one of my favorite cocktails during the hot Texas summer months.
All you need is a bottle of bubbly and your favorite flavor of sherbet!
Just pour champagne into flute glass, and top with sherbet. As pictured, I did little bit of bubbly, scoop of sherbet,
with more bubbly and then a final scoop of sherbet!
Delicious!
